Senior level system developer/architect for a front office fixed income analytics platform, with an immediate focus on securitized products. This role is to build a platform for computing marks, risk and other valuation metrics, as well as building valuation-oriented tools for traders and desk strategists. The ideal candidate will have have expert technical skills and be highly productive individually. The candidate will also be able to lead projects to completion, either individually or as a leader of a small team.
Skills Required

Strong programming and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on C++ (Java or C# also acceptable, if willing to learn C++)
Strong program design skills
Ability to quickly learn new programming languages
Some exposure to Unix/Linux
Skills Desired

Prior experience or general knowledge of securitized products and fixed income analytics
Knowledge of PERL, C#, Qand/or KDB
Familiaritywith Sybase or other SQL databases as well as grid computing
