Prop Trading firm in the North Carolina area is looking for an Architect / Lead Developer to lead the core software development team for the firm which is responsible for all software development concerning the OMS and other core trading technology as well as Market Data and Exchange Connectivity. Primary development language for the trading platform will be C++. For GUI and Analytical development, C# will be primary language. Person must be able to take on full ownership of all architectural and development tasks in building a low latency high frequency trading platform which will be able to achieve milli second latencies for equities and futures markets. Person must also be able to build and lead a team of developers. Person must be a hands on developer as well as an architect, capable of taking on a good share of the development which needs to be done.
