Position Description:
Position Title: Database Developer
WISE (Warehouse and Integration Services for the Enterprise) provides an optimized solution for business intelligence through the creation of data warehousing and decision support systems. As part of integration of WISE with Phoenix Program, WISE need to source Phoenix Data and integrate it with existing WISE data.
The Phoenix Program is a strategic initiative to fundamentally change the Bank's data capture and reporting systems, to enable managers at all levels to evaluate opportunities and make decisions that optimally grow the firm’s intrinsic value and hence stock return. This will support increased accountability based upon agreed metrics including appropriately charging for the usage of capital and risk of a transaction or business.
The person will be part of team developing, coding and maintenance of ETL processes to load data in WISE. The role involves writing Perl Scripts, SQLs and Stored Procedures.
