C++ Developers (4-8 for 2011) Financial Company

Client called on 1/19 with mandate to add at least 4 developers to staff. They have obviously reached that point of frustration and are ready to pull the trigger. The would ideally like C++/UNIX developer with OMS experience in high frequency trading environment, but they will consider any good server side C++/UNIX developer. Just make sure person wants full time employment, wants to work in SOUTHERN USA and is realistic about the comp difference in SOUTHERN USA mkt compared to bigger markets like NYC or Chicago (which is more than offset by lower cost of living, eg: 3 bdrm home in expensive area of city is 1000/month).
