5-15 yrs of experience for the AVP. They will develop a reporting system for Prime Services Business. This is a server side Java Development position. Development on Weblogic (a plus, but not required) and coding in Java 1.5 (preferred) and they should be very proficient with JMS and multi-threading.

Developers should have computer science degree and strong coding skills along with good interpersonal and communication skills - good well rounded person. They do not have to have financial experience, but it is a BIG plus if they have developed some form of reporting technology. They must also be able to contribute to either front end Java development OR backend Sybase/SQL, but both is preferred and again, this is a SERVER SIDE CORE JAVA Development role.
