Prop Trading firm specializing in Automated Market Making (AMM) in Options is looking for Quantitative Programmer to join the team. This company of less than five people is backed by large successful parent company. The team is already live and trading. The core systems are already developed and they're looking for Quantitative Developer with strong expertise in C++ to take over the quantitative IT systems, eg: pricing server and continue to enhance and support the products. Person MUST HAVE strong C++ and educational and/or professional backround in Math, ideally Masters or PhD in Math and some experience implementing and supporting complex analytics.

The hiring manager is ideally looking for quantitative programmer who can also fill role of Quantitative Strategist where they will work side by side with the trader for the desk to improve existing strategies as well as help to create new strategies.

Compensation is negotiable, client is expecting to pay market or better on base with a discretionary bonus which is directly and truly tied to pnl of the desk.
