This proprietary trading firm with International Headquarters is looking to establish a US presence in Southern USA area.

They specialize in High Frequency Equities and Futures. Have a very fast platform with less than 100 micro second latency.

The Southern USA office is relatively small, but growing and the firm has a road map to grow the US office to compete with larger players in the black, high frequency trading space. For someone coming from one of the larger prop firms it would be an opportunity to work in a more entrepreneurial and probably, more collaborative environment.

The firm is HAPPY to help with relocation for those who are GENUINELY interested in moving to the area.

Wants to hire Project Manager for setting up Off Shore team.

Someone who HAS offshore IT/ Development contacts in India, Russia or China who can TAKE OWNERSHIP of setting up an offshore team for them.

Person MUST have the overseas contacts to set up new off-shore development team from scratch.

MUST ALSO HAVE the project management abilities to manage that operation in conjunction with the NC office. This project manager would ideally HAVE background as a developer or manager over similar trading systems development initiatives (they want SOME DOMAIN knowledge).

Compensation of 125-150K (although not set in stone) + bonus. And KEEP IN MIND the location/ cost of living.
