The group is looking for a Senior level Software/System Engineer for trading system production, automation, integration and deployment of scalable, systems and front office implementation.
The candidate will work closely with software developers to automate and integrate leading server-side technologies including Tomcat, Glassfish, REST, Jini, Scala, Oracle, BDB, Java and Python. Experience with configuration management and monitoring tools including CFEngine, Nagios, Zenoss, Hobbit is a big plus.
This is a position that will require an ability to work in different capacities, looking at problems from various angles and applying strong analytical skills to solve production issues.
Experience with open source technology and its implementation to solve logistical problems is a huge plus.
This person will be responsible for taking the code from central depository, running integration and other tests, extracting performance and latency data, making sure the production stack is reliable and rolling out the project.
